My role was sound.
I made sure to check my blog and discovered more research into the steps of how to film sound before I went to the set. Once I was on the set I followed the guide and made sure to fill out the paperwork as I went. My role was to record the sound make sure the boom was in the perfect place to get the best possible sound. My role was also to listen to the sound before we recorded and make sure there was no other external sounds that would effect the outcome. I also wore headphones so I could monitor the sound throughout the shoot. I also when filming discovered the sound of footsteps from above us therefore we had to shoot again. I also had to make sure the recorder is working and run tests again after we took a break to ensure there are no fault and the sound was working to the standard we used before the break.
